was established in August 2001 by the Institute of Directors (India)

Centre for Governance and Risk - launched in Spring 1998 with
the intention of developing a centre of excellence for research
into corporate governance, based at Bournemouth University. The
website outlines the aims of the centre, and lists their areas of

Corporate Governance Network - website of the non-profit research
ECGN network, which was founded in 1996 and aimed to tackle the
lack of hard data on corporate governance. Based at the European
Centre for Advanced Studies in Economics and Statistics (ECARES)
at the Université Libre de Bruxelles with funding from the EU, OECD
and European Companies. The site includes an impressive archive
of library materials which includes: Downloadable

German
Panel on Corporate Governance - available in English as well
as German, this website includes the Corporate Governance rules
from July 2000 for Quoted German companies and a Scorecard for German
Corporate Governance from the German Association of Financial Analysts,
Portfolio Managers, and Investment Consultants.
Global
Corporate Governance Forum - established to 'provide assistance
to developing transition economies on corporate governance' this
website gives detailed information about the structure and role
of the organisation. A full text library of archived speeches is
also provided, with topics covered including corporate governance
issues in Africa and the former Russian Republics.
International
Corporate Governance Network - international network founded
in 1995 following the convergance of corporate governance bodies
around the world. The website set outs the history and principles
of the organisation, along with a Statement
on Global Corporate Governance Principles which includes a statement
on the OECD principles, an ICGN approach to the OECD principles
and an amplification of the OECD Principles.
